Enver Hasani: PAN could propose a new candidate for prime minister if they have full consensus

Hasani has said it is difficult to know the real motives of Haradinaj's resignation except those said in the statement.

In time there may be something else in this resignation... the public reason for which it was resigned is bad for Kosovo”.

Hasani has said that Kosovo is now in a constitutional situation like the country when it emerges from an election process.

He has said the PAN could propose a new candidate for prime minister.

But without a full consensus PAN nobody can propose a mandate for Prime Minister”, he said.

The former head of the Constitutional Court has said that after Haradinaj's statement that he will seek the president to go to new elections, the best solution to the problem would be to dismantle the Parliament.

Hasani has said the president cannot break up the Assembly because Kosovo is a constitutional parliamentary democracy.

The president can break up the Parliament only when the government loses confidence”, Hasani added.

He has said the no-confidence motion is the best solution to the problem.
