He made these comments during his visit to a production company in Kacanik, where he said such stories of success are the true reflection of the spirit of Kosovars.
Engel came to Kosovo on Friday, on the occasion of opening the new facility of the American Embassy in Pristina.
He reiterated outright support for Kosovo.
