Economy expert: I PCO is stealing from us

Cameron Dobruna, economics expert, has noticed what he calls IPKO's IPKO'S IPLACH.

As Kosovo citizen who says he is taking a break in Albania, he has denounced the company IPKO to steal.

He doubts that way after explaining through a Facebook status:

IPKO shopping in Albania of 1 GB was still 24 hours before I was given the purchase of a weekly package / roting of IPKO, I received word that I had already spent 80% of it.

I stopped and thought if I had downloaded any apps or volume documents, I looked at the history of communications, social media and emails of the last 24 hours and now I'm convinced that within this time I couldn't have spent more than 1,200. MB. After all, it's time off and I'm trying to stay away from electronic communications. Besides, the roting network even though it's now supposedly liberalised in the Western Balkans most of the time it doesn't work at all.
