Dodik reiterated that Kosovo was not recognised as a state by the BiH and several other SEECP countries, and that it was agreed earlier that Kosovo should participate in the banner summit.

According to him, President Thaci for his failure to come has wanted to draw attention to him, though the latter had earlier said he would not participate because Kosovo has been invited to the placard.
I don't have any emotions about whether it comes or not, maybe easier is it's not here”, Dodik praised.
By contrast, the Republic of Kosovo, which BiH does not recognise as a state, at the Southeast European Co-operation Process Summit was invited by introductory.
Bosnian media commemorate that Kosovo's president in May has refused to attend the annual EURZH conference in Sarajevo because Bosnia has rejected Kosovo.
