The alternative says the application of illegal payments to pensioners, disabled persons, students and other pre-priced categories to the ministry of Health and Labour and Social Management.
The alternative considers the payment of participation even by patients who, under the Law on Health, are free of payment, an illegal act that has been practiced for two months now by local government and KKMF management in Gjakova. Since we have continued information on actions contrary to the Law and the sublegal act issued by the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labour and Social Management, we consider that such a practice should be handled by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova and take measures for this illegal act to be immediately abolished and abusers of official duty to be brought to justice”, the communique says.
