Four years ago, the Socialist Party was in the coalition together with the LSI and the PDIU, whose votes went to Erion Veliaj. For the Socialists, this small margin of votes in Tirana in four years shows that Erion Veliaj has only recovered the votes of two former partners in the coalition, which on 30 June did not become part of the race.
