Two members of the State Council of Quality in conflict of interest (Document)

In accordance with the Law for the Prevention of Conflict of Interest in Public Institutions, Anti-Corruption Agency reports that the State Council of Quality consists of 9 members, 6 locals and 3 internationals, and 5 members of the State Council of Quality work simultaneously at Pristina University, the same decide on UP's and they work in the UP.
According to the AKK, three KSHC members worked in the UP before the appointment, while two started working after the appointment in the KSHC, in October of last year.
In my Administrative Guide, the KSHC's appointment criteria are said to be “, mostly three local KSHC members, can have actual engagement in the same institution”.
The AKK has not made known the names of people who are at odds of interest, but who, according to the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, should choose to be in only one position.
