During yesterday, Engel has stayed in Belgrade, where he has also met President Aleksandar Vuciq, while a visit to the Presevo Valley has been warned.
In a report by the US Embassy in Belgrade, he reportedly spoke with the Serbian president about talks with Kosovo, achieving long-term peace and sustainability in the Balkans, and imposing justice on all victims of war in Kosovo.
By contrast, Engel is known as one of the Albanians' great friends and powerful supporter of resolving the Kosovo issue.
