The accused A. L. was sentenced to 11 years in prison and 50,000 euros. R. H. 11 years in prison and 50 thousand euros in fines. F. G., has been sentenced to eight years in prison and 20,000 euros, F. A. 4 years in prison and 10 grand in euros, G. A. 4 years in prison and 5 grand in euros, F. S. has been sentenced to two years in prison and Mr. B. He was sentenced to 1 year in prison.
The accused are guilty, because from February 2017 to 30.04.2017, they have deliberately participated in the criminal activity of the organised group, dealing with the acquisition, transport and unauthorized sale of “marine”, which they packed and hid on tables and boards, to transport to Western European and Turkey via North Macedonia.
Following investigations and application of the secret measures of the Kosovo Police has managed to capture 500kg of narcotics in the home of accused A. L., in the village of Sueva of the Ferizaj municipality, placed and hidden on 20 tables.
At the home of accused R. H. In the village of Bibaij in Ferizaj municipality, 28 kilograms of narcotics have been found hidden in 64 decks of planks, while on accused F. G. 184.39 kilograms of marijuana, hidden in 10 large tables and 4 small tables, have been found in the Great Krusha.
With these actions, the accused committed unauthorized criminal acts “participation or organisation of the organised criminal group” and “bribing, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue” works sanctioned with the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
Indictees F. A., G.A., F. S., Mr. B. They are found guilty of criminal acts “of assisting perpetrators following the conduct of criminal acts”, while accused L. N. has been acquitted.
The court following the examination of the subject papers and the hearing of witnesses has issued a conviction case for the accused in question:
The court has issued a verdict for accused A. L., R. H. and F. G., whose detention measures will continue until the integrity of the indictment, meanwhile accused G. A. Stop the detention measure.
