Boris Johnson will also officially assume the position of prime minister of Great Britain.
The new leader of the Conservative Party will launch the mandate on Wednesday's afternoon, after meeting with Queen Elizabeth at the Palace, Buckingham.
After starting work in the prime minister, he is expected to disclose the cabinet's new names, including the Chancellor and secretary of the interior.
Close sources have said his team will be reflecting “Modern Britain”.
He is expected to seize this opportunity to increase the number of women in the cabinet, as well as increase representation of ethnic-based minorities.
Johnson has won the position of conservative leader after a race with British Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt.
It is currently said that both are discussing the new position that Hunt may have.
Johnson, has promised to remove Great Britain from the European Union with or without agreement on October 31st, so his victory risks blocking the Brex process, as British lawmakers have pledged to tear down any government trying to remove Britain from the European bloc without an agreement.
The Brex decision has come after 52 per cent of voters have voted for Britain's exit from the EU, with 48 per cent opposing it, in the referendum held in 2016.
