Booking reductions lower prices on south beaches

Albania's south remains the most popular destination during three months of summer with foreign and domestic tourists. Not many times the beaches and restaurants of the southern coast are placed in the centre of media attention due to salt prices.

Saranda, faced with a high number of booking annulments, appears no longer to have the same prices as a year ago, but for tourists again remains unaffordable.

The lack of tourists and the chaos that businesses in the south created last year has forced them this year to lower prices.
