He says if the Constitution is unclear, it should be changed.

Just in Cosova, you need a Constitutional Court 24/7 more than a fully negligious classroom! Change the whole thing when everything is so unfair. Let's go to the presidential system or the royal system, and I didn't kill it every two years.
