According to this agency, in announcing the contract of the tender, whose projected value is 350 thousand euros, the Constitutional Court has violated Article 7 and Article 69 of the Public Procurement Law, as well as Article 26.8 of the Public Procurement Rules and Operations Guides, writes today “Koha Ditore<1>.
