This, after he, last week's Thursday, was appointed to this position just like Myzeie Selmani in the post of deputy minister in the Ministry of Agriculture, KTV reports.
Their appointment took place less than 24 hours before the Haradinaj government is in resignation.
But, Kastrati, in an interview for KTV, has said that although this Government may have short life, it has much to offer the ministry to work on.
The large number of deputy ministers in the government cabinet, Kastrati reasons with the larger coalition, but acknowledges that this number is extremely high.
But, although Government is resigning, the many deputy ministers and their advisers will continue until the new executive is selected.
According to an analysis by the Group for Juridical and Political Studies, in 2018 in 21 cabinets of ministers have been employed 350 people, and those state budgets have cost nearly 6m euros.
Also, according to the Law on Salaries in the Public Sector, all deputy ministers, even after the term ends, will continue to receive their salary for another six months.
According to civil society, such appointments and comfort of party militants and family members of state officials is abuse with the state budget.
The prime minister's resignation, Ramush Haradinaj, had appointed dozens of deputy ministers to some ministries, sometimes even over 5, arguing that the coalition has broad composition.
