Constructions under the Lepenc River have also contributed to the deterioration of his bed.
The entire area is seen as machines and pipes that are expected to operate.
This has made their property difficult for the citizens of Beatia.
They say that the entrance into the river tube has also made the irrigation of agricultural land.
In aid to the residents of Shtrpca, the Kosovo Democratic Institute has also emerged.
Diana Metushi '% Krasniqi from this institute says Article 52 of the Kosovo Constitution has been violated.
Meanwhile, the Sterpce municipality has provided no answers to the provision of plant construction permit in Lepenc.
