AKP changes tender rules, eases bidding process

The Tent rules, with which the bidding procedures are determined, have changed in terms of the documents needed for application. Also, with new regulations preparing the offer by buyers with the accompanying documents, it will be much easier to do so, as less documents will be needed.

To be the valid offer, buyers now with the Tender Cloud Rules must only possess the copy of the identification document, testimony to the deposit payment that is defined separately for each asset and evidence of the fee payment made in the AKP account. While the other document that needs to be completed is the price the buyer offers.

The agency, with the Board of Directors' decision, has made another set of changes facilitating the entire privatisation process from the tender's proclamation to the winner's proclamation and signing contracts with buyers.

The bidders can also visit the AKP offices and be directly notified by officials responsible for the new bidding procedures.

The AKP has announced the sale of the Assets by Lyquidim No. 49, with a total of 137 asset/united social enterprises in the Republic of Kosovo, which present an excellent opportunity for expanding business or new business initiatives in our country.

Locked bids for entities/entity must be submitted to “The conference room dealt with the Grand” in Pristina on August 21, 2019, from 10:00 to 12:00.
