3 months of investigation into Ilir Meta (Document)

The draft decision sets a three-month deadline for investigations as well as members who have not yet been officially appointed.

As this investigation is known, it is aimed at recognising, as well as verifying the way of exercising competencies on the part of the President of the Republic of Albania, regarding the development of elections for local bodies of government in line with constitutional principles such as the principle of sharing and balancing powers, rule of law and functional democracy, as well as producing concrete institutional responsibility.
