Afghan Police official has said the boy has detonated the bomb at the wedding that government forces commander Malik Tur, who has also been killed in the attack.
According to officials it is believed the Tour has been the target of the attack, the Associated Press broadcast.
So far no one has claimed responsibility for the attack, but in eastern Afghanistan, Taliban and ISIS organisations are present.
