From the prime minister, DP leader Lulzim Basha, after welcoming the verdict, invited the goalkeeper to move towards the Parliament, where he began and the launch of the pyrotechnic means.
Police have stepped in with water drains and tear gas, deterring several protest attempts. These developments forced President Meta to call on opposition leaders to stop the protest before Parliament and citizens to disperse peacefully.
After that call, Lulzim Basha drew the protesters and delivered the speech in front of the party headquarters, marking the end of any protest.
The rest of the protesters later withdrew from the parliament's suburbs by LSI deputy head Petrit Vasili and DP Secretary General Gazment Bardha accused police of pushing for violence to the retreating protesters.
