The chairman of the court, Naim Krasniqi-Jashnica, said witness Mustafa has been present in two judgments that have failed to be held and has been announced for Tuesday's session.

She said the witness has informed her that she has a sick son and is found in Prizren, and that she cannot appear in court, as well as had asked to announce the upcoming session.

As for witness Gashi, Judge Krasniqi-Jashnica said he was invited with the tribunal's invitations and a decision has been issued to verify his address.

Prosecutor Rafet Halimi said he proposes to postpone hearings so that witness Mustafa can be heard.

Meanwhile, Judge Krasniqi Jashanica said she poses no obstacle if the defense of the accused is heard and then continued with witness hearing.

Meanwhile, Ismet Halit's lawyer, Ramiz Krasniqi, said he proposes to read their evidence, since according to him, there is nothing more to say, but prosecutor Halimi again demanded that the trial be postponed.

Lawyer Krasniqi, said the law does not allow protection and witnesses to be questioned afterwards, writes the verdict on justice.

On the other hand, Judge Krasniqi-Jashnica said there is no stop to continue and it is no violation.

However, lawyer Krasniqi again rejected this and proposed that sessions be postponed, just as prosecutor Halimi did.

The next session is expected to be held on July 30th, by 9:30.

According to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act, Ismet Haliti and Skender Canoli are charged with misusing their official duties from 2008 to 2014.

The prosecution claims Haliti, in the position of Pristina municipality construction chief in the municipality of Pristina and Canol, as the executioner in the Pristina municipality, has failed to fulfill their official duties, in order for Habib Vlasaliu to gain any wealth by not implementing the whole act of decision of the Pristina Committee, of October 5th 2006, of destroying the object built without permission, on Vlasal property.

Always according to the indictment, although accused Haliti has been reported in form by construction inspectors that it must be carried out on the basis of the act of October 5, 2006, and the object destroyed, the accused have failed to fulfill their official duties, enabling Vlasali to benefit from the construction that the prosecution considers without permission.
