Tahiri: Reforms Allowing the Creation of a Modern System in Justice

This project, according to Minister Tahiri, has helped with their expertise and direct support in new analyses and concepts accompanying the efficient implementation of justice sector laws that have recently been approved.
I am happy that reforms undertaken by us, both in criminal justice and legislation that enables more efficient access to the realisation of the legal rights of our citizens, have found and are finding strong support from developmental partners, in this case. U n NDP and Norway's Kingdom. We are grateful to Norwegian taxpayers for this support and will make maximum efforts for our joint efforts to significantly improve the experience of citizens of the Republic of Kosovo with the justice system in our country. Our current focus on legislative reforms will be closely conveyed to the co-ordination and inter-institutional support in order to implement them as efficient as they are currently implemented” said Minister Tahiri.
Through this partnership, U n NDP and the Norwegian Embassy are assisting the Justice Ministry in implementing measures of “Justice 2020” and in analysis of data emerging in the framework of the Law Rule Sector Functional Review Process
The reforms undertaken, according to Minister Tahiri, are enabling the creation of a modern system, which will be marked by efficiency, transparency, accountability and access to justice easier.
