She said that other passengers had begun shouting and crying.
Some were even triggered by hot water”, she said.
One of those who suffered burns was her husband, with whom they had visited family members in Pristina.
She also said crew members always ordered to be calm and should not be afraid.
Vivienne Gaskell, the airport's spokeswoman, Europe, confirmed the case for 20 minutes, where she said 121 passengers were on this plane, and 10 were injured as a result of the turbulence.
She said she can't give any more details and that the airline responsible should be clarified for that ALK Airlines.
Other passengers claimed that from powerful turbulence even the seats in the plane moved from the country, while at Basel Airport they arrived at 21:55.
