During the coming week, it becomes a full year since the final phase of Kosovo dialogue has officially begun. But despite this Kosovo and Serbian side, they have not met in Brussels for seven months.
The last meeting between representatives of the two states is held on 9 November last year. Until Kosovo President Hashim Thaci continues to declare that the final agreement will be reached within this year, opposition representatives remain convinced that such a thing will not happen during 2019, the paper “Voice” later writes.
