Hakki Aruqi, chairman of the branch of the Skenderaj Association of Invaleds, heard Sabri Aliu's name, said to be surprised by two things: how Ali had survived his injuries and how he was rejected by the commission 20 years later.
On the other hand, Aliu, is determined to sue the commission, stressing that financial compensation is not what interests him, but requires his right.
From the Ministry of Labour and Social Management, they have only confirmed that his case has been rejected by the medical commission, recommending that questions on the assessment of doctors appointed by USKKUK be addressed to them.
