Thirteen Sosh are registered in the accounting system worth 264 thousand and 540 euros, overestimating the wealth presented in the financial mirror of this public enterprise.
The company has no control over even six residential apartments in Pristina and does not achieve economic benefits.
According to the National Audition Office, in the annual report on the company, although there is an opposite opinion (not showing a fair view in all material aspects), as a result of the non-control on these items, the value of assets presented in the financial position mirror is overestimated for the net value of the assets for 114 thousand and 900 euros, as well as the “depreciation ratios in the profit/losion mirror is overrated for the value of 19 thousand and 149 euros.
