Serbian media have echoed Ivica Dacic's abnormal behaviour at the UN Security Council.

The video, which was released yesterday, showing how Dacic explodes at the UN KS to the ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo in the US, Vlora Citaku, is being commented on.
