In a media report, the Supreme Court has indicated that it has approved the defendant's complaint filed against the Court of Appeals' act.
Now, the case has been returned to the first - degree court in restoration, while Peter Rutlecaj continues his detention.
The Supreme Court, after reviewing all documents of this legal-penal case based on the third page of the initial screening procession, has found that the admission of guilt by the accused is in full conflict with the first-instance court's case device, since he is accused of committing the criminal act of serious murder, which was carried out in cases of deliberately committing two or more murders, while his statement is only due to the murder of his ex-husband, so that the act of reading and counseling him after his counseling, <x) admitted that I admit to my ex-wife's guilt, but that I have only killed the ex-husband's ex-wife, so I have been told to murder of the ex-wife.
The College of the Supreme Court, however, has found that the first degree of judgment is involved with substantial violations of criminal procedure provisions.
“Under such circumstances, the College of the Supreme Court found that the act of first degree is involved in essential violations of criminal procedure provisions and that the Court of Second Court, in accepting these defects, in the procedure of admitting guilt, has been forced to review and cancel it, and not to pass over this violation, which is present, and which conditions the legal requirement, because it can be a matter of serious murder by us 179.1P.1.KP, if only two are committed by willful executions, then as a result of a statement.
The plan is said to begin with the return of the case to restoration, according to the Supreme Court, the first degree court, in a formal way, must start with the initial review, but not to accept the guilt under the circumstances of a similar statement by the accused in relation to the murder of his daughter, but the case must be passed into judicial consideration, to clarify the circumstances of the subjective murder in terms of guilt, and then make a fair and legitimate decision in this penal-judic case.
