His status has to do with the initiative of PDK chairman Kadri Wessel, to clear the ranks of this political subject from figures that are involved in corrupt cases, nepotism, or that acts have been filed against them.
In his writing, Lushtak expresses concern that his name has been wrongly coveted, as one of the potential officials of this party that must leave its governing structures because it has long been involved in various judicial processes.
For the sake of clarification, it's not true that I have any corruption-related charges or ties related to organised crime or abuse of official office. ”, wrote among others Lushtaku.
The following is his complete writing, written with a standard Albanian and with no spelling mistakes.
The latest “Days in the media have been wrongly coveted by my name, regarding some domestic decisions in the Democratic Party of Kosovo. I would like to clarify that I have recently been elected head of the PDK branch in Skenderaj with over 90% of the votes from Branch Assembly delegates and then a member of the Steering Council at the PDK's IX Convention at the central level. Mandatin has given me members of the Democratic Party of Kosovo from all underseas and only they have the right to punish me with their vote for my failure.
As a matter of fact, it's not true that I have an accusation involving corruption or an affair connected with organized crime or abuse of official office. The only indictment, which I do not yet accept, relates to my transfer to justice enforcement bodies in the north, where I consider my life to be endangered. So I have the impression that no one has the intention to expel me from the party I've been in, and I'm part of it from the beginning.
The party must leave and be expelled with the greatest shame of 4-5 people who have blocked Kosovo and the PDK and who control everything in Kosovo, justice, business, media and other vital spheres of our country, which for their dirty activities and the networks they have built are also well-informed to our international friends.
And I can't believe games should be played as victimising figures such as General Agim Ceku and others for no reason. ”
An Overpowered Picture Once Inside The PDK, it seems, has begun to decline in recent years.
Considered the Bulldozer of Vote for The PDK, like the man who has determined who the MPs of this party will be in the Kosovo Assembly, Lushtaku in the recent PDK Convention, has come out quite dim in the votes it has received. He wasn't on the most voted list.
Even in this Lushtaku Convention, it has been far away from even some minor figures for influence within this political subject.
Periscop sources within this party show that Wessel's initiative to get rid of the PDK figures involved in corrupt cases or as suspects of deeds of this kind are facing resistance from those who for many years have created tremendous power and wealth and are believed not to be easily handed over in the face of Wessel's campaign.
Otherwise, Wessel's initiative has also been supported by international factors.
Among them was the US ambassador to Pristina Philip Kossnet, who has supported this campaign as right and must be carried out.
