Rouhani said the UN's “military intervention” of the United States is responsible for the Middle East problems, Iran's official IRNA agency reported.
He also criticised the US due to, as it says, the American driver's entry into Iranian airspace, which Tehran brought down Thursday.
“This is a sensitive region and is important for many countries, so we expect an adequate response from international organisations”, Rouhan said at a meeting with Interparliamentary Union head Gabriela Kuevas in Tehran.
