Prime Minister Rama considers this request by the neighbouring country's president as strange, while remembering Albania's key contribution and its citizens to democratic developments in the neighbouring country.
The Albanian government chief adds that this request by North Macedonia President Stevo Pendarovski does not seem fair or practical.
