He has made it known at a media conference, the deputy of this subject, Faton Topalli, who has said the PSD commits to establishing the Labour Court.
He said all this must be done so that workers can gain their rights immediately, rather than wait for years for them to gain their rights.
In order to inform workers of their rights and return their trust in the justice system, Topalli said necessary mechanisms must be created.
He showed how the Labour Court will function according to the Social Democrat Party. As he said, the Labour Court will be within the framework of each Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, while at the level of appeal separate judges' colleges will be established.
And MP Besa Baftiu indicated that the PSD has addressed a number of requests aimed at improving the field of labour and social welfare. She said she intends to establish a labour law that will be unable to manipulate workers while presenting amendments to the Labour Law.
She said that through other amendments, they protect the employer from arbitrary decision to quit because of their union commitments.
