The professor of Islamic studies shows that should children's faces be exposed when assisted by charitable associations?

Islamic Studies Professor Dr. Jabir Hamiti speaks of Kosovo citizens going to war centres in Syria, if the image of Islam, who are manipulating with the religious element, should children's faces be exposed when assisted by charitable associations. He also speaks of the legalization of the combs and shows whether the latter should be checked.

Hamiti says the whole world knows that Kosovo has always co-existed between different religious and interAlbanian communities. However, according to him, there has recently been a tendency for religion to be abused by Albanian enemies' allies and manipulated with it to weaken the Albanian trunk. The professor of Islamic studies says that with the unification of Albanians in the wars in Syria, it has been a tendency to manipulate religious elements among us.

Who's manipulating? ...Of course, foreign agendas, because terrorism as phenomena is always connected to politics and... So we strongly believe that external trends have been and have not stopped and will not stop at misusing the religious element to take water to the foreign mill. And that goes on and on, but I wouldn't have called it the tendency of destabilising, but the tendency of Kosovo's enemies, to present Kosovo as a country that is producing terrorists, or fundamentalists... have greatly ruined the image of the Western world, in front of civilized countries, in front of liberal countries, yet I think Kosovo society has managed to become aware that it has been a form or way of manipulation for foreign interests<1>, he said.

In addition, he said that the killings called on in the name of religion and going to war centers are related not only to economic causes but to beliefs of doctrine. It says that the responsibility for orientation of a religious - based society falls on religious leaders, since it suggests that the latter direct a good society or not. The same during the talk, he says, should take into account the country, the circumstances and cultural level of that country. It's a problem to control people what to talk about because freedom of speech, freedom of practice of religion is guaranteed. But we must be careful as religious leaders to work with all those who legalize in the shrines at the mosque. And once they return from their studies to have intensive conscious courses for their country, for the circumstances in which they live, so that we don't leave them uninformed and untrained in this direction”, Hamiti said.

All religious committees, including the Islamic Community of Kosovo(BIK), Hamiti says that in Kosovo they are not legally regulated. Including the Serbian Orthodox Church, the Islamic Studies professor estimates it is closely linked to the daily policy of the Serbian government. Big problem with him is still BIK. Work at this institution, he says, is continuing with old status, without a re-arrangement within new circumstances. He says it's not normal for such a religious committee to have a contact office with the country's institutions. Two words for BIK's financial statement. “Declaration of financial revenues, religious leadership must first have before God. So if there are abuses, they still have to answer to God, but normally in front of society, who has entrusted such a spiritual leader to someone. Society, which is close to that community or who are cofounders, who are society responsible because all citizens who belong to Muslim faith are part of BIK, and they all have the right to seek responsibility. If even half a euro or a euro is given on behalf of BIK they have the right to ask, if they have doubts”, Hamiti said.

Jabir Hamiti, among other things, says that any social or economic organization that does not undergo changes does not last long. And the biggest problem within this committee, he sees the unwillingness of confronting the contemporary challenges of misinterpreting religion while praising that within BIK the problem is also the consumed leadership.

And from all of what I've been following in these years, how long I've been there and how long I think this group, which has driven our institution over 20 years, has now consumed me. Reforms are needed in re-organization to meet contemporary challenges, to confront society's needs and the needs of trust, as well as society in general. So, this leadership has been consumed, which has been so long at the helm of this institution and it's a problem with this mentality after some very rapid change”, he says.

After the war in the country, Hamiti points out that clans, not values, have come to the fore, which he says the situation in which Kosovo is now located. As far as education is concerned, the professor of Islamic studies emphasises the fact that half illiterate quadro is being produced in Kosovo as the construction of the Great Mosque, Hamiti says it is continuing to be used by political parties for political points, but also by today's BIC leaders. Victims of sexual violence during the recent war in Kosovo, but not only that period, Professor Hamiti says it must be treated humanly and humanly. Victation must be treated humanly, humanly, also in terms of laws but also in a religious way. The victim who falls victim is never her or her free choice. So, especially in circumstances of war, when people have been taken captive, where they have been manipulated in various forms and ways. But especially the victim of war must be treated more humanly”, he says.

As for charity associations in Kosovo, many of them have come with different political, religious agendas after the war. According to him, the state must denounce those who misuse human interest. In addition, Professor Hamiti says that religious teachings of all faiths say helping someone is similar to that of <x0]jep with the right hand and does not know the left hand”, while adding that children are being abused in this area as well.

When it's published, it doesn't have that devotion, it doesn't have the level, it doesn't achieve its spiritual subliminal goal. And I want to believe that there's abuse in this area even, especially as you said with children, you shouldn't and won't be allowed to expose children, because they might have obstacles in their lives and societies tomorrow, somebody could abuse it and say you were in this situation, you haven't been in this situation. So it gives someone room to manipulate. Maybe it's why they give you... (Asking: If he has that purpose, can these mistakes be forgiven? I think yes, if it is achieved through this form to help extremely poor families, but it's not a long-term choice is the temporary solution to housing or to provide a helping hand, which can hold it for a certain time”, Hamiti says.

For those in need to be assisted for longer periods of time, he says society's overall commitment to creating better economic conditions is needed so that they can work and provide themselves and the family with better conditions. That, according to him, may be possible by offering jobs rather than by being helped for a specific period of time. On the eve of the holidays, he has congratulated all believers and begged them to work for the good of the country.
