Different days earlier, Kosovo Police in action undertaken in northern Kosovo, have arrested a Russian, hardworking citizen of Kosovo UNMIK.
During the Kosovo Police's action, it was handcuffed near UNMIK's official car, after obstructing police work, Telegrafi writes.
