Pristina municipality continues action to collapse objects without permission

It's about the last floor of an object that's on the fence in Caglavica.

The first one to appear there was Adonis Tahiri, who has indicated that the sentence of destruction had only been executed, since the investor had to tear down the floor that was built on this site without permission.

He said all legal procedures have been followed in case of collapse.

We are here today, before this object, to execute the decision to collapse. The investor has long been reported and done work on the last floor several times because the rest are on leave. As a result, we have followed all the legal procedures and have exceeded the term he had to destroy himself. So we are here today together with the responsible company and the Kosovo Police to execute this decision”, he said.

Tahiri has said that in the event of possible objections from investors, the municipal team and the company responsible are accompanied by members of the Kosovo Police.
