Some polling stations in some municipalities have not yet opened

Prekal's polling centre has been burned. Despite that, 85% of the QV have opened.
Pogradec commissioners abandon task
There have been problems in Pogradec Basque, where some QVs have not been opened after commissioners have abandoned office. Their replacement is expected by the Central Election Commission.
Problems in the Sea Vaun
Even in the Vau Tribe Hall some QVs haven't been opened. The last few days in this city, there have been election incidents, where protesters burned the KZAZ. Consequently, Prime Minister Edi Rama signed the mayor's dismissal from office, Zef Hila two days ago, accusing him of organising election materials.
For the first time in 31 municipalities, there is only one candidate for mayor, the majority one. Internationals have called for calm and avoid violence. /ToopChannel/
