The Commission for Legislation, Mandate, Imunite, Framework and Supervision of the Anti-Corruption Agency has reviewed the State Commission's amendments to the Bill to amend the law on financing political subjects, which did not receive the support of members of this Commission.

Commission Chairman Albulen Haxhiu said that except it is contrary to EU legislation, there are also several provisions of the Constitution that are violated with this change.

“The bill violates judicial security and is quite harmful”, Haxhiu said.

While, Frasher Krasniqi, referring to MP Haxhiu's opinion, said the Constitutional Court will decide with its decision.

“I don't believe it has any problems either in terms of integration, but neither in any judicial breach”, Krasniqi stressed.

Four members were in favour of changing the law, as were four opposed, where this bill did not pass.

While today, the Commission has approved the Central Election Commission's annual report for 2018, although CEC head Valdete Daka said there were no activities in the past year because it was unfunctional commission.

While, the CEC is drafting the project for building an object for the <x0 account and recount centre.

The cost of this project is to be over 1m euros of financial from the EU.

Also in this Commission, the Functional Commission amendment report on the Bill on Change and Complete Law No. 04/L-088 for the Economic-Social Council, since there were no objections, was considered the Commission adopts this report. The commission is continuing with the review of other agenda points.
