In a news release during yesterday, police reportedly have arrested two people suspected of kidnapping.

By June 5th, 2019, the Regional Police Directorate in Pec, the regional investigation sector has admitted intelligent information that 2 (two) suspected persons have kidnapped a person (now victim), and that the same are hiding in the village of Staradran-Istog.
The regional investigation sector at the Regional Police Directorate in Pec, assisted by the unit for quick response, patrol units of the Peja and Istog Police station, in full co-ordination with the state prosecutor and the basic court in Pec, have conducted search-basssition at several locations. After an operational-ethictial work around 4: 00 p.m., 2 (two) suspected persons have been identified and arrested:

The suspects during the raid have been found and confiscated a RAK47, 104 pieces of bullets, a ball laptop, some cell phones, bank cards, phone cards, CDs, notebooks for keeping notes, car documents, and a vehicle, all of these belonged to suspects.
The victim of the incident has also been found, which of the suspects has been kept locked and bound in cattle stalls (hur).
The victim was allegedly kidnapped and kept locked up by suspects because of a debt the victim owed the suspects.
All police actions have been co-ordinated with the state prosecutor and the fundamental court in Pec, and on the order of the state prosecutor the suspect is sent to the hold for 48 hours to proceed with further legal procedures.
