After Periscop questions, IPKO comes up with official clarification and tries to reason on the weak 4G network.

In a media report, submitted by IPKO reportedly after implementing the most complex process of Kosovo's state code, a limited number of iPhone phone users are struggling to connect to the 4G network.

But, in fact, this number of users is not limited. This is as every day there are numerous complaints from the company's consumers about the weak internet network.

“IPKO is developing communications on a daily basis with Apple Company in the Sancing of this mess as soon as possible. Apple engineers are working on solving this case, along with our team. Lack of a 4G network in some iPhone phone devices has to do with the device's reaction to the new network. While the rest of the customers, Android users and other iPhone phone users, who are not affected by these difficulties, are already connected to the 4G network. Meanwhile, infected consumers can sail on the 3G network, wherever available”, the IPKO'S response reported.

For these technical problems, it's been a few days since Periscop contacted the company in question, but the same have ignored our questions and decided to come up with a public explanation for everyone.
