The news of the arrest has revealed Kastrat through a Facebook script.

“As soon as I heard that two of the citizens of Hodonoc, who during their meeting with the residents of this village, were the most vocal against reform, who, out of spite, had used threatening words, were arrested by the Kosovo Police and sent to the maintenance of”, he has divorced.

I have publicly said that day that I understand the civil revolt and I consider it very normal.

Despite the threatening words they may have used, I have never felt threatened at all, and I just declared it to the police. I fully understand the resentment of citizens not yet being informed, and I asked that there be no punishment against them. Unacceptable to me is just misusing students for someone's interests.

Reform is for the benefit of all Kamenica students and all its citizens. All will be convinced, and its fruits will be enjoyed by the new generations in Kamenica.
