Nitay: As a commission we have failed to argue who gave the order to expel Turkish citizens

AAK MP Muharrem Nitaj, who has also been part of the parliamentary investigative commission for the deportation of six Turkish citizens, said the report this commission has issued is correct, precise and that the conclusions and recommendations issued are a solid basis for the necessary changes of the legal framework regulating this [...]
He also said that perhaps there is also a very suitable track to address the responsibilities of people who have been involved in this operation.
He said the commission has never managed to argue who the commissioner was for deportation of Turkish citizens.
Perhaps it is the most qualitative report ever written in the Republic of Kosovo's Assembly, and as such the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo will undoubtedly vote in the union. The 31 violations that are recorded in the report we're dealing with today are being argued on the commission one for one, and I think they're very stable. Meanwhile, who was informed of the six Turkish citizens' expulsion operation of who knew and who did not, who was the commanding officer, whether or if, after all this, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci remained, I don't know, but we have to accept everyone here that the investigative commission has failed to argue any of these claims. Therefore, the discussions that have been heard about who has been informed are individual personal absorptions of MPs, and I appreciate that they are not part of the report's rap and do not help the report vote”, Nitaj said.
He said this issue has become the subject of politics and clashes between The PDK and opposition parties at the level of the investigative commission.
