The wandering dogs have become a problem for Pristina residents. They seek help with institutions to address the problem, and some have even expressed concern through the social network on Facebook. One of them is Mustafe Bajrami, who through a post on the social Facebook network has announced he has addressed the heads of state and who has been praying for measures companies.
Bajram's full delivery:
Open letter to Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and Pristina Mayor Shpend Ahmeti! Gentlemen, our children are in danger of life, and the State will not listen to you! Three times I have addressed with letter to the prime minister of Kosovo, the president, chief Parliamentary and Pristina chairman. Sometimes I talked to people and their advisers in private. Never and never has anyone ever asked about our dert, us residents of the neighbourhood standing in Pristina. Our lives and our children are in danger. This time from wandering dogs that even enter the courtyards.
Before, thieves made our homes rapidol. Rare are the houses of this neighborhood that have not been stolen. My house five times and yet no theft has been discovered and no thieves have been caught. Even after my complaints at everywhere to complain and finally even in the High Inspector of Police, thieves were not found, the squirrels found us, and nothing stealing from us thieves has ever returned.
Now the wandering dogs are the lower ones. We're not supposed to let our kids play in the backyard, let alone in the streets. There are over 50 dogs that are freaking out our lives.
O four gentlemen of those mentioned above, lead us today by our voices.
Do you hear our voice?
Do you have children?
Would you have been worried about your children if our children were attacked by stray dogs?
What would you do if you were us?
Who would you have been so directed with four Open Letters, or, would you have been able to be as patient as we are?
Tell us what to do, where to go and complain to?
Kosovo Prime Minister and Pristina Mayor!
I'm looking at you two. Tell me, where do we hold before God says so, our children become dog food that has grown to terrifying proportions?
Tell me, please, where do we keep...?
