The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has announced that the Constitutional Court in Pristina has approved the prosecution's request for the appointment of a 30-day detention measure against suspects D.S., citizens of the Republic of Kosovo of Albanian Nationality.
He is suspected of war crimes, against the civilian population in March 1999 in Ferizaj.
The person in question was arrested on June 15, 2019, at the border crossing in Brnjak.
