Luka says implementation of roaming deal with Albania has begun

Kosovo citizens can already communicate with cheaper 90 per cent tariffs, even while staying in Albania and vice versa.

While on July 1st, 2021, it is scheduled to completely remove the roting fees for the citizens of Kosovo and Albania.

This agreement was signed at the gathering of two governments in Pec in November last year.
