According to the Kosovo Business Recording Agency, under the Ministry of Commerce, most of these businesses, 153 operate in Pristina.
In addition, 24 are in Vushtrri, 17 in Fushe Kosovo, 14 in Pec, 14 in Obilic, etc.
The trend of opening these businesses, according to ARBK data, has continued to grow in recent years.
Only during the past year have 84 Call Centers been registered.
