After much delays and the talks on the Work of the Investigative Commission over the deportation of Turkish citizens, today the Kosovo Assembly approved the report clearly specifying 31 violations of the Constitution, Laws and various regulations related to procedures for deportation of foreign citizens.

The LDK estimates that such cases should never happen. This Commission's conclusions clearly reveal the direct and indirect responsibility in the deportation of six Turks. Justice must do its work impartially and efficiently.
