KMDLNJ: Force to pay RTKin, illegal

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms has reacted by saying that if RTK decides to provide financial means through the obligation to pay the payment as an additional burden of electricity bills, this would present the violent introduction of RTK's hands into citizen pockets, it would be illegal, [...]
With the revival of the 2.5-euro binding tax electricity bills, such as the violent prenegotiation, citizens have declared KMDLNIs that loading them with preemptives for RTK financing is unfair and double, indirect and direct loading.
KMDLNY response:
2,50 E URO FOR RTK ) WRITER IN ANTITICES ESE AND BEAST T It's over. FROM THE CETAR COSOVA!
Kosovo Radio Television, so far, has not found a corresponding long-term way to finance except the means that the Assembly of Kosovo, whose founder is. For this reason, it has been considered the possibility that the means needed to be provided through monthly payment and that it would be realized by charging even more of the fat of the current which, for many citizens, has become unaffordable so much earlier that citizens, for years have been robbed paying off electricity for the northern Serbs and so far, despite the pledges, have not compensated.
Although he had previously been rejected and described as unconstitutional, RTK, due to financial instability again, has returned to the old “or budget insurance through binding pre-war pre-war payment, at the time that RTP was the only public broadcaster and there was no other opportunity for information except RTP's. So, at that time RTP came out. RTK today had an absolute monopoly on the public information plan and which, in a way, reasoned on the tax to be paid. Today in Kosovo we have many televisions, platforms or software broadcasters that, depending on the offers, appeal to viewers. Now, with the revival of the 2.5-euro binding tax electricity bills, such as the violent preplot, citizens have declared it KMDLNIs that loading them with preemptives for RTK financing is unfair and double, indirect and direct loading. The indirect way is through the Kosovo Budget (Kosovo citizens' tax) and direct, through prepaid, blowing up electricity bills, for RTK needs.
Kosovo citizens, in the information market, have the opportunity to determine for other options that they say offer better programmes and for what obligations are paid on monthly or annual grounds. In the package of cable broadcasters, for which the services are paid, is the possibility to be forwarded to RTK, for those with interest and therefore not fair, it's irrational, against consumer rights, as one of the basic human rights that citizens are forced to pay payment for RTK, against their will. We pay for Memory, IPKO, Telkos, Dygials or other platforms where RTK is and, at the same time, we also pay the 2.50-euro tax as a violent advance exclusively for RTK!
It is perfectly normal and fair for citizens to determine which information offer media support, and for this they pay monthly or annual advance. If RTK is decided to provide financial means through obligation to pay back as an additional charge of electricity bills, it would present the violent introduction of RTK's hands into the citizens' pockets, it would be illegal, punishable and easily (Of course) to fall into the Constitutional Court.
RTK, from the very beginning, has had a problem with both editorial and financial management for the fact that it has been 100% politically influenced by adapting to every power guard. None of the RTK leaders have been elected on the basis of professionalism, but on the basis of obedience to political structures. It has then provided them with immunity from prosecution despite many abuses that have been committed. RTK is not managed properly today either, the competition for high managerial positions is declared for the sake of face and face, there is overcrowding of employees, mostly on political and nepotistic grounds, unprofessionalism and professionalism, so programs that are broadcast on this public media are not competitive with other television programs. RTK must be extracted from the 100% impact of politics, it should create space for professionals of different fields, as well as reduce the number of employees, in line with the real needs for this public medium. RTK must be a medium who will provide financial means by selling its products on the media market and not provide unnecessary tools for news purchases, information or movies that have exceeded the reason for the use of which does not increase visibility or make quality improvements in programmes. And they're at very high prices.
There should be an internal financial audit in RTK and become a complete list of employees who would then be compared to us real needs. The list of employees, if accurately reflected when the time has been accepted, age, gender, professional training and experience will best indicate undeniable political influences, corruption and nepotism. When the exits or spending are analyzed, it will be seen that there are employees in RTK who, in addition to the previous contract salary and job descriptions, have received additional hospitals, labors and projects that constitute clean conflict of interest.
KMDLNj strongly opposes any attempts before payment RTK through the electricity bills is legalized because it considers this form to be a robbery, illegal and human rights. The Kosovo Assembly's pre-mandmentary media commission cannot be regulatory, nor can the overseer of RTK's work because some of this commission has open-air interest and nepotistic reports benefiting from this public media, as well as affecting the selection of management staff and others.
RTK can only justify the demand for additional budgetary means if it increases the quality of the programmes, if it decides on employment, if it is professionalised and ultimately released from political influence.
RTK, instead of placing 2.50 euros in tribute to Kosovo citizens, through the flow bills (without ) spent, should seek tools from platforms and cable systems that transmit the media's programmes as well as from advertising. The idea that RTK, after a certain time, will not be financed by the Assembly of Kosovo automatically means the loss of public media status and made the fine tax of 2.50 euros meaningless, which was placing hopes for funding for a surviving bureaucratic machine, not on the basis of labour and professionalism, but on the basis of extortion of undeserved means.
Even the new managerial structure has been chosen according to the pattern of preliminary structures that brought this public media on the edge of material bankruptcy, while professional and informative bankruptcy has turned into something tangible and visible, unfortunately.
Hence, any attempt to prolong such a situation will eventually be to prolong the information and programal agony that inevitably leads to legalizing nonprofessionalism, nepotism, corruption, active and passive death, while in clinical death it is a long time.
