Uninsistent on procurement procedures, during the year we left behind the Klokot Congregation, he had purchased three mobile phones. This, but many other violations, are listed in the report of the National Audition Office (ZKA), which the newspaper “Voice” has provided.
According to ZKA, the municipality under bill no. 70160086, dated 1/2/2018, has completed the fee for the phone expenses, on the 10/042018, at the amount of 2,769 euros.
With the review of the submitted documentation, it is defined that the municipality bought three (3) mobile phones without the implementation of the public procurement process, and that is contrary to procedures specified by Law No. 03/L-048 LMFPP, Article 17. Subject has signed an invalid contract on subject. They have not been aware that the procurement procedure for this acquisition should be carried out, as past governance has used the operator's offer for mobile phone supplies and has not returned them.
