Irresponsible MPs with large salaries

The clashes and accusations between the Kosovo Republic deputies are not missing at almost any session. In the absence of scuttling and tear gas, present in the Kosovo Assembly, insults and clashes between MPs are ongoing. The Kosovo Assembly has often been named a TV show by citizens, where their clashes have turned into a mood.
All that is missing within the Parliament hall, according to organisations that forward the work of this institution is the work they have been voted for.
And debates within the Kosovo Assembly many times have also cleared up insults, often forgetting the key topic for which that session is called.
And all these debates, which do not coincide with reality, or the plight of the citizens of Kosovo, are viewed by civil society as their responsibility, which fail to reason the enormous wages they receive.
That the Kosovo Assembly has a very low labour dynamic, says even the researcher at the Kosovo Democratic Institute, Agnes Haxhiu.
In a proposal for Arbrej, she said many points have been left unvoted as the cause of parliamentary debates with unusual topics, where they have even put aside the development of the session.
Kosovo's “Convention in general this year has been characterised by a very low work dynamic, where each session that has been initiated has failed to end for lack of quorum, with 59 points of the agenda being carried from one session to another since October 2018. From these, 30 points are a review of the bills in principle or second examination. On the other hand, the large number of extraordinary sessions held for this period (January April) mostly with parliamentary debates on topics that have not always been extraordinary, have put aside the development of plenary sessions with a series of points that have remained unfinished. Since the start of the new spring session, Kosovo's Assembly has adopted a total of 18 laws or 13% of the legislative agenda. Although we are ready at the end of May, the Parliament has not yet adopted the work schedule for 2019 but based on the legislative programme of the Government, as well as the bills that were carried from last year, the Assembly will have 134 bills under consideration, which will be a very challenging challenge for the Assembly to complete such an agenda because of the blockade in which there is”.
While political analyst Imer Mushkolaj says the charges between MPs see as lack of ideas to advance specific issues.
According to Mushkolajt's slander and the various charges MPs make against each other are unforgivable, as he says they are not voted by the people to hear only accusations within the Kosovo Assembly.
I see the “Acuses and deputies, among other things, as a lack of political ideas and alternatives, to advance specific issues, and to block real issues involving citizens. So when they have no idea, the charges are being issued, and they're creating a very inappropriate situation, because citizens haven't voted for charges, counteracles, slander against each other, they're being voted for the adoption of laws and other legal regulations that regulate the cases, so it's very unforgivable that these people have chosen this language and this way of functioning to make the rich wages they get, while the wages and responsibility they have for voters should be explained in other forms, namely, by taking the good initiative and voting laws, even those are said, Mukkoj.
And analyst Faton Abdullahu says this coalition has no hope.
There's been a lot of dust for many things, for many processes, for many relatives, but it's never been a good thing to mention, the effects of which have directly improved citizen life. All the debates in the Parliament are debates to trigger or eclipse a process that benefits one or another clan of another party, but not for the benefit of the citizen. The citizens' disappointment is greater than the fraud of this coalition. This coalition has no hope”, he said.
Among the most vocal debates have been the actions of KLA members, where there was strong discussion between Parliament Deputy Speaker Xhavit Haliti and LDK deputy Anton Chun.
Deputy Chairman Haliti was irritated by MP Quinn's statements after he said he had received 8 million German marks from Ahmet Krasniqi in wartime. While Halit's response was that Quinn knows nothing about the developments in the war.
But patience seems to have ended Xhavit Halit when he ran into the other deputy from LDK ranks, Arbren Gashi.
MP Gashi reacted by telling Halit “Balosh, but the word”, ” misleading”.
And in that case, neither did the leader Haliti spare Gashi the insult.
Except for the offenses, it seems someone had decided to open the old files.
Dardan Molliq from the PSD, has accused his former associate, Glauk Konjufca, of being part of the Kosovo Intelligence Service (SHIK), and the Konjufca response was that it is a tiresome topic of MP Moliqaj.
Of MPs Mimoza Kusari-Lila's accusations, that Haradinaj is damaging the country against other European countries, Haradinaj returned to Kusari with an interesting response, saying “I don't know about Gaddafi”.
While Kusari-Lila's response was that the prime minister is not using the right language within the Kosovo Assembly.
