Civil Aviation Authority has contacted officials this airline this morning and has requested a detailed report on this incident, for investigation on AAC's side, said AAK's response.
AAC, based on its responsibilities, regularly conducts inspections of airline companies operating at ANP “Adem Jashari”, including the company in question.
The AAC has dealt with and addresses the concerns raised by any legal or physical person and takes precautions through regular inspections. One of the inspections made has been carried out in this airline, and during these inspections no irregularities have been observed in equipment or preparation of aircraft personnel, who could pose any danger to flight safety.
Based on information that is already public, the aircraft in question has encountered in turbulence that can be described as disturbing and not pleasant to passengers aboard. Although aircraft that are currently in use around the globe before being introduced by air operators undergo a series of tests to cope with possible cargo caused by powerful winds and vertical air pressure movements (turbulments). The flight crew is also trained to respond favorably and with little concern for passengers.
