Hundreds of supporters of journalist Goluov arrested

Hundreds of people have been arrested at a rally in Moscow, where they were looking for detention for police officers who arrested a journalist who discovered the allegations of corruption. Among the prisoners were journalists and Russian opposition leader Alexei Navajo.
Goulov was acquitted Tuesday after charges of drugs against him were dropped following a public protest.
Interior Minister Vladimir Kookotsev said the officers who had participated in his detention would be suspended during an investigation.
Three major Russian newspapers showed support for the French journalist in a rare public show of support.
